Cornwall House

Material: Jura Beige Limestone with a bushhammered finish.

As part of a refurbishment programme, this project featured the changing of an office block into residential dwellings. The existing structure could not support the weight of traditional blockwork so a lightweight steel structure featuring our lightweight stone was an excellent answer. This solution kept the overall facade design within acceptable weight limits.  A bushhammered finish was chosen to achieve a fresh, durable result in keeping with the existing concrete facade.
